ARK MANAGEMENT (aka Harel Management or investments) IS AWFUL:
I have been searching for a rental and Ark Management is listed on many rentals in S. Euclid and Cleveland Hts. I have called only to received a response from "Donna" via text asking for my must haves, to which I responded identifying my must haves. It's been over 2 weeks without a response.
I have also emailed regarding numerous properties. I have received 2 email responses. Each email said the same thing: "Please list your must haves." In response to the first message, I listed my must haves. I followed up twice without a response. It's been over 2 weeks from my last email and, today, I received an email from Donna asking for my must haves.
I'm frustrated with Ark Management so started researching online. There's no website, no formal office location, and Ark Management is also referred to as Harel Investments or Harel Management. The lack of information regarding the company and the unprofessional people representing this so-called company is a huge red flag. I'm staying away.

ARK Management- WORST EVER!!:
I am a CURRENT resident in one of their homes and they are the WORST management company Ive ever dealt with! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are a middle man management company for people who use to live in the CLE area and moved to Jerusalem.
-Complete disorganization in the office
-Only 2-4 staff member from what I can tell with little to no resources.
- Only 1 person (Donna) seems to slightly know what she is doing but has zero help so nothing gets done.
-Service/Maintenance department is WORTHLESS. Very slow and does terrible work. Contracts out to terrible companies and is held to no standard. IF they show up to the house it is never during the appointment time or it is just whenever they feel like showing up.
-Continuously show up to the WRONG ADDRESS for service/maintenance visits (or just lie and say they showed and didn't we've never been able to figure this one out)
