Terrible hoa management:
This has been the worst HomeOwner's Management company I've ever dealt with in my 68 years of age.
Improper management and outrageous answers from Manager person of our association.
1). We get NO annual Budget without requesting one.
2). Very poor management for our community.
3). I have gotten Ridiculous answers from our new manager person "Valerie" when I questioned her about violations that this company does NOT handle properly so our complex doesn't look like a HOMELESS shelter. This company claims that they can't come out to take pictures of a violation but once a MONTH./ Violation got worse and they needed to document it with Pictures of it.
4). Different standards to Builder and HomeOwners !! Outrageous. If the builder wants to sell more homes out here, the unsold lots need to be mowed more than once a Month (as Valerie just stated to me on the phone). She claims that because she replaced Tammy (fabu management gal), my valid complaint starts anew, like it was NEVER handled 8- 10 months ago. Is she kidding?
CEO ignores messages. In Perpetual "meetings".
C.A.S.I is also supposed to maintain the Drainage Ditches in this developement that they call "Lakes"/NOT. They don't clean without 3 months of calls to their office. WTH? Mosquito's out of control in the summer. Pot Holes that your car could fall into and get swallowed up in. OMG. I could go on & on. Reported to the Attorney Generals office. Builder blames Mgmt. co. and Mgmt co blames builder. Let the regulatory agency figure it out. My complaint it IN. Send by Certified mail.
