Community Clinical Services has multiple physicians offices. Mr. Lawrence A. Cross, MPH, FACMPE is the Division Leader, Primary Care. Ms. Donna T. Mathieu is the Practice Coordinator. Any questions or problems should be directed to the attention of Ms. Mathieu.
