When my CPAP machine malfunctioned CSS tried to shake me down on the phone for $500 to buy the unit. When I refused the belligerent CSS employee invented a phony bill in my account for $2500 out of pure spite, discontinued service to me and sent me to collections. I am unable to get a new CPAP provider with that bill in collections - and CSS knows that - so it's been a year that I have had no CPAP supplies or service expenses covered by Medicare. My only income is my SS Disability check and CSS knows that too - but they don't give a damn about my finances or my health. I have an attorney now and we will make them pay.

YES, These reviews are all true. If you dont believe what customers are saying read employee reviews Glassdoor.com or indeed.com working there must be a living HELL!!

Owners went as far to BUY reviews from reputation.com to clean up their DIRTY smelly image. Shame on me for ever going there. My heart goes out to people working there just trying to make ends meet.

Private collection agency called demanding payment. I spoke with billing - bill had not yet been generated nor sent. This is the 2nd time they've pulled this. Don't know what's going on - they used to be run more efficiently.
