STAY AWAY - Inept or dishonest:
STAY AWAY - Their "master tech" GROSSLY mis-diagnosed my laptop problem!
He recommended a $600 motherboard when the problem was only a small jumper wire.
They did not call me back to address the problem, as I was told would happen.
After an argument I got HALF my $$ back, although the manager tried to rip me off there too, or is just stupid and can't add!
If I'd stayed there I would have spent $600 NEEDLESSLY!!!
If you need laptop repair I recommend this guy:
