Poor service, unethical, what a joke!:
These people have no biz taking apart computers.
Broke my mac..and wouldn't refund me. YES they broke it. I spilled water on it while it was off , waited a week, and it worked fine except the keyboard did not work. I used an external keyboard to test everything else out. they took it apart and put it back together and it would not turn back on. they told me it was a bad motherboard.
Took it to another store and was found that a cable inside was torn and could have only happened if the machine was taken apart. They replaced the keyboard and the ribbon that was ripped in two and it worked fine.

Great Service Fair Prices:
My daughter stepped on my Laptop. Gateway wanted $250 to repair. Computer Mechanics fixed it fast and at half the price of the Manufacturer. Thank Computer Mechanics!:)
