48 hours from deadline, my hard drive crashed and I lost all my data!
Without visuals, my presentation would have been no more exciting than watching airline stewardesses dictating emergency evacuation. I called a friend that knows computers and he recommended Computer Medics, because they really know their stuff.

Came in with some OS issues and asked to retrieve my data.
They gave me a quote, then when they found out there was an issue with my hard drive. They called me and asked me if I wanted to replace it. I said yes (seeing that it wasn't going to be a lot of money).
They had it back to me in a total of 3 days.
The hard drive they replaced... has 2 terabytes of space!!
Unbelievable. I'll never be able to fill it all up!
