Buyer beware!:
I paid this guy (JR) $6,000 over a year ago to design my website and all I've received are excuses why he can't deliver - my laptop and software were stolen; my car was totaled and now I can't drive; my wife won't let me buy the templates; and so much more. He also keeps changing his phone numbers and addresses - THAT should tell you something! This guy has one (1) star rating only because something has to be entered. ZERO!
