I've shopped at Computer Re-Store often and think they are great. Mike has always taken very good care of me and his tech, Scotty is great. I wouldn't buy a computer anywhere else.

Beware....:
This store is now called Computer Re-store, the owner is quite dishonest to update the listing with the old franchise name in an attempt to hide bad reviews.
Computer Renaissance is NOT the name of this company as you can see from Computer Renaissance's web site
As you can see from the actual company website.
this terrible company is actually called Computer Re-store
Rip off... Please beware of the retailer. The owner (Mike Crynes) personally ripped me off for 2000 and made sure to let me know I could do nothing about it. The staff is very rude and combative many people have posted complaints to the BBB about this I only wish I had read the BBB report first. The only reason I even used this company was to try to support a local mom-and-pop shop. Now I have 2000 Dollar paper weight. I will have to take him to court to try to get the refund I was promised when I purchased the machine. And since he is not accredited with the BBB all he has to do it not respond to their requests the get them removed by the BBB administration.
Here are a few of the thing others have said on the BBB before they get removed in 36 months
Unsatisfactory customer service, including personnel's failure to provide assistance in a timely manner, failure to address or respond to customer dissatisfaction, unavailability for customer support, and/or inappropriate behavior or attitude exhibited by company staff.
Incorrect diagnosis of a problem, delay in completion of repair, or inferior workmanship.
Michael Crynes aka (the owner of Computer Re-store) is now actively trying to bury his bad reviews; the detailed report submitted to ripoff report was on the first page of google last week and now cannot be found in the results. Rather than try to correct the situation he prefers to hide behind a reputation management company. Once again showing the kind of person he is truly is. I hope and pray no one else is victimized by this man.
