I think Conch Heaven should take a few notes from The Bahamian Connection restaraunt on customer service. In my opinion this restaraunt's employees have terrible attitudes. My last visit the rice was gummy and the stewed conch dinner is very costly for two little pieces of conch.The manager Reggie said he would replace the dinner. when I returned for the replacement a girl witrh a lace front...

The food was amazing !!!!!!! When Im down in Miami again I do plan on visiting but as far as looks go for this place they need to fix it up . . i mean flies were in there and it was disgusting ughh but the food was truly amazing the staff was okay they do need training tho
