Very Rude:
I cannot express the level of my disgust enough. Every time I would call to reorder my contacts the one of two older receptionists would first not know who I was and would then immediately tell me I was due for my annual eye exam. After insisting I was not due I was told I could not get my contacts unless I came in for my exam. I had to bring my 3 months old son with me only to arrive and for them to realize that I was not due as I stated. Dr. Conforti came out of his office long enough to witness what was happening and gave me free samples, but then quickly scurried off. I was later charged an extra $100 on my credit card for contacts that I did not ask for or receive. When I confronted them they were indifferent and acted like it wasn't a big deal. I ordered my contacts online and they denied mine and my husbands prescription to the company to which I had to call and rectify. Lastly, I received a reminder card for my annual to which I called to tell them to stop sending them as my husband and I were no longer members of their practice and the receptionist acted as though I was calling to wish her a lovely day. She did not care in the slightest and was completely unaffected.
The only reason I continued to go to the practice is because I liked Dr. Conforti. However, he is not worth dealing with the 2 rude and incompetent bags that run the front.
Save yourself a lot of aggravation and go to the next strip mall...
