Horrific Buying Experience/Inferior Merchandise:
Purchased a Bradington Young Rocker Recliner at CT Home Interiors. The chair will not close without standing up and slamming it shut with your foot. Store gave us months of run around and would not stand behind their product. Lied to manufacturer and said they had been calling us and we hadn't returned their calls. Bottom line - we are stuck with a $2,000 chair that is a piece of garbage.

buyers beware:
Ordered 4 pcs of Tommy Bahama furniture from Charlie at the Avon Store.He was very professional and knowledgeable Unfortunately these items arrived much later than promised and all of them were damaged. Upon advising CT Home Interiors of the issues,
their representative - Cheryl, promised a replacement of the bed and repairs of the other
damage. I would like to make additional purchases as well as recommend them to family
& friends but I'm waiting to see If they back their products with excellent customer service.
I will update this as soon as resolved. I remain confident at this time that they will honor
their commitments.
