worst customer service I've ever encountered:
Connor tried to replace a recalled keyboard. He was unsuccessful. He did not call to tell me he was unsuccessful, I had to track him down. He finally admitted it was still broken, but he claimed there was water damage to the laptop. This was a surprise to me, as he had checked for damage when I dropped it off and gave it the all clear. When I got my computer back, I took it to Apple and they confirmed there was indeed no water damage. Connor lied. Connor was a terrible communicator and because of this, I've been without a work device for three months. Sadly, this business failed me at every step.
