Bought the extended warranty. They refused to repair dishwasher. They came up with evey excuse in the world to keep from fixing it. Got to where it was to much to beg and plead. It was a huge loss for our family. We had rather go without an appliance, than to even take a free one from Conn's. I think their name says it all really. Conn's-that is exactly what they are.

Would not EVER buy ANYTHING from Conns again. Bought a new TV from them and have had it little over a year, and bought a exstended warranity. Have had to drive to Service Center twice which for us is about 40 miles one way. Then was told could not get part. And now at this time the TV has to be sent to the orginial manufactor. Will not give us a store credit. What a mess!!!
