I am recently building my home, and this company is the designer of the foundation. Luckily, I had my own inspector, who reported the foundation failed in building, mechanical and plumbing, a lot of violations, including mininum 4" concrete thickness failure. The funny thing is, consolidated came and did their pre-pour inspection, everything passed. This is a company without any stand, and you cannot trust your home with them if your builder happens to use them. I also highly doubt their design capability. Be careful!
