Horrible Company:
This is my first review ever and I created the account just to make sure that everyone is aware of this company. I bought a new home and constant air installed an AC unit. The first year it had issues for freezing and leakage and called them few times. They did some patch work and left and now the second year I didn't have cooling at upstairs bedroom. When I called them, they told me that they don't service this area anymore. According to them the warranty was only for 1 year and now I am on my own. They are not recognizing that they have done a terrible Job. I paid $800.00 to PSE&G just for fill up the gas which will be done again before the end of the summer until and unless the leak is fixed.
Stay Away from this company.

the reviews described above are what I would expect because this is 100% what happened to me. They are no joke--- Service was about 75% complete and then he left and was unreachable - we were left a HVAC system that did not work and we had to hire someone else. Terrible business plan - Jim Reilly.

Horrible - stay away!!!:
I used them because they were a friend of a friend - BIG mistake. Their electrical contractor didn't pass inspection and I unfortunately had made the final payment (stupid me). They wouldn't return my phone call and told me as far as they were concerned the work was done - the electrical issues weren't their problem. Finally the electrician game back and fixed the problems and I passed inspection. Now when I call to get service they don't answer their phones. Leave a message and they won't return phone calls. I can't get warranty service on the unit and other A/C companies won't honor the warranty so I've had to pay out of pocket. Stay away from this company.
