Since 1975 the company has been providing Financing: Automobiles, Furniture, Etc., Not A Deposit Bank.

I had a car financed through this company and I wish I could give it BACK. The customer service is horrible, I recieved no documentation in the mail of when my payment is due my balance or anything and when I called them I got straight attitude and disrespected. This is a second chance finance company so they feel that their customers deserve to be treated poorly. I was told my payment was due on the 19th but when I called on the 18th for confirmation (3rd call) I was told I should pay on the 16th; which is fine but the lady (with the smokers voice) told me if I didnt pay before noon my car would be repo'd. This really through me through a loop and caught me off gaurd. I told them I could pay afternoon because Iwas not at my desk and the interrogation began....I was shocked at the disrespect I recieved, due told their ERROR. If you can choose another company please do, you will receive disrespect and tons of attitude here this is my first payment and I am so unhappy with this company. What can I do??? I am stuck in this contract.
