This is the worst place ever!:
My Toyota Camry has been there for 51 days now supposedly being fixed. The insurance said the recommended time was 20 days. They do not care about the customers and the fact that they have to pay for a rental car while waiting for their car to be fixed. When I called the manager to ask them why it was taking so long he told me that they give the customer a portion of the insurance deductable amount so they can take their time to fix their car! There is nothing I can do to get these lazy people to get off their behinds and do the work. They have already called my insurance company twice with bogus reasons to get more money and every time, they stop working (as if they were working!) and wait for the agent to show up. Do not take your car there if you do not want to be hassled.
