They analyzed the problem with my fan right away, and fixed it. The problem was with reinstalling it. They suggested 9AM on a Saturday, which worked for me, but the tech was a no show - when I called, the receptionist said, "Oh, no, he's not gonna be there for a long time yet; he didn't finish a job yesterday, so I don't know when he'll show." I asked if she could find out, and the guess was sometime between 10 & 11. I asked why I hadn't received a call to let me know this. She said she really didn't think about it.
