I have been going here for years, and although they are very slow their service has been adequate at least until today. I waited in line for over 30 min on a busy December day just to be turned down at the counter because I couldnt ship a pellet gun? It was already boxed and sealed and ready to go, I couldnt believe it!. In fact the younger blonde girl seemed happy about it like she was doing the world a favor by keeping it safer from such pellet guns. She asked me what was in the box because she overheard me telling the lady who was actually ringing me up the value of it and got nosey I guess. I then called UPS and FEDEX, they both said they should be able to ship it no problem as an authorized shipping center since it is NOT a firearm. When I confronted the owner about this she said its her store and she can ship what she wants or not, and they dont ship pellet guns. I felt like this was a bad episode of Seinfeld and she was the shipping nazi. NO SHIP FOR YOU! I guess the owner has to like what you are shipping for them to ship it. Huge waste of time. Ended up going to the Fedex center near Kingwood Dr. and Lake Houston. I had a much better experience there and they were more than happy to ship my pellet gun, plus there was no line. I will never again step foot in that pellet gun hating establishment, and neither should you. Because of their ignorance of the shipping regulations I will always now go straight to UPS or FedEx. So much for small business.
