Changed pharmacies:
I had used Cornerstone for several years. It got to where every time my meds were picked up there was a problem with them, usually something wasn't there, which resulted in another trip across town to pick it up, one of my prescriptions was miss filed one time which resulted in a frustrating game of phone tag between the doctor's office, the pharmacy and myself. There were also some comments made to my husband about how much one of medications cost them and that they were going to have to change it. I have BCBS insurance so I think that conversation should take place between the doctor, the insurance and the pharmacy. It should not have been announced to my husband in a business lobby. I do appreciate that Ginger was nice enough to call and try to repair the situation, she was very sweet and apologized but after it was all said and done, I changed pharmacies.
