We arrived at 9:55 p.m. with blood all over our child and they refused to see us because they were closing. They referred us to another facility that was approx 10 miles away when come to find out there was another urgent care a half mile away. Unbelievable! Their advertisement, "Child-friendly, quick pediatric urgent care when you need it. Because we’re here when you need us," is a crock! I will never go there again!
