I asked for a cleaning. They told me that I needed a new liner and to contact them. I called them and they said I would receive an email with the estimate. 3 weeks later I email and their response was "oh we can't do that due to your roof type". Instead of contacting me and letting me know they just cast me aside once they realized they wouldn't get any money off me.

The entire email was written with no punctuation and no capitalization.

I responded back asking what I should do. Over a month later and no response received. Terrible company do not waste your time or money on them.
