I would look else where:
When you call the manager of the park for help you get the ole pass the buck they try to shut you up. You are treated like you work for them. You are not getting anything for your money unless you play soccer or you swim or throw parties(club house $100 retainer you get back). There is nothing really worth moving here for. People do not watch their kids allow them to damage peoples homes. Loud music from homes and guests to homes. No lights at night so its totally dark and you have to use your bright lights when driving. No stop signs on streets no speed limit signs. Management was told by residents to change this for the past 15 years before new owner and when new owner took over in hoping they would do something about 5-6 years ago. New owners of park are about the same as the old owners. The roads around here have pot holes. This is the most exspensive park in Davidson Country and you are not getting anything they say they have Cable you have to pay for it... There is nothing about htis park worth moving into it for, I have lived here 16 years. I am stuck here the old compnay that owned this place crooked me out of money kicking up crazy water bills. You have to pay for water, cable, and basicly everything. There is nothing worth living here. Ok the fact you are near shopping with in walking distance.. Even that is not good because Apolo apts are section 8 and you have a lot of low class people living in them with in walking distance. thats where we have trouble from living here people breaking into the homes here spray painting homes and doing damage. The park doesn't want to give you anything like security to protect their property you are renting. Criminals have to come on commen ground to get to you homes to they allow this to happen and act like its your problem.
