Countryside Tax Svc

Since 1977 the company has been providing Tax Return Preparation Services.

Unfortunately, I am writing a negative review after three years of using Countryside Tax Service. The first two years were great. This last year, we moved away from Michigan and made the mistake of letting them do our taxes again even though we lived out of state for half of 2015. Everything was submitted and filed. We paid our Hawaii taxes. We knew something was wrong with the Hawaii taxes, CTS said they were having a professional look into it. They never got back to us. Tax season is way over. Apparently a letter was sent to our old address and didn't get forwarded to us that everything was correct with our taxes. We had a local CPA review the taxes and we figured out there was definitely a mistake on them. We have called, texted, emailed, yet no response from Richard Stomps. It's been a few weeks now. I would like to be refunded the fee we were charged since they messed up our taxes in the first place and are doing nothing to reconcile it. It would be nice to receive a call from Richard Stomps or someone in their small business.
