I used frank for several jobs and then called for another house that needed carpets and when i called him for a estimate, he treated me very unprofessionally,and rudely told me to go to home depot and buy cheap rugs for my 13 rental properties. this was only 2 weeks after he just installed rugs in my own home for top dollar and never had a problem with taking my money.he is very ignorant,rude and if he didnt want to install rugs in a rental house,he could have been professional enough to say ,no thank you instead he chose to be an ignorant a@s. I had rugs installed for 1600.00 and my new carpet man was happy to get all my business. After all the jobs i gave you,i now realize you are not very good at what you do, the rugs you installed are lifting up at the seem, I will be sure to tell everyone i know how you treat your customers.......your not as good as you think frank..
