Money Hungry when it comes to prescriptions:
I own five dogs, so it gets expensive for the flea, tick & heartworm treatments. I found a supplier online for the meds that was $30 cheaper than what they charge at this vet office. I asked for the prescriptions and they didn't want to give it to me. They asked that I could prove it was cheaper online. I brought in the copies of the prices and never got a call back. I went ahead and ordered the meds and forwarded the vets phone number to the supplier. Then the vets office called and said they would charge me $15 per prescription. That's BS! They are my dogs. I can get their meds where I want. I advised them I'm getting a new vet. One that will appreciate the money I spend. I also have three horses. They just lost a BIG customer!

Great experience, great people:
I called Dr Sanders at 11:00 pm about my horse Smokey who was colicing. He came out to my place in the middle of the night and spent 2 hours working on Smokey. I figured him for a gonner, but Dr. Sanders never gave up on him. He was able to pull Smokey through that episode and my little girl ran barrels on him 2 weekends later and finished 2nd, not bad for a 23 year old horse. Since thhat night I've had the folks at County Line Animal Hospital work on all my animals and I couldn't be happier. The people are friendly and they work really hard to make sure our pets are as healthy as they can be. I read the other review posted here and was shocked. I don't believe that person for a second. And not to be critical, but how much stock can you put in a review that has as many grammatical and spelling errors as that one had? By the way, Dr. Kosub (not Kassup) is the vet that used to work on my animals and he was a great vet too.

Cow dead due to Malpractice:
would not advise any one to go to this Vet. I called them in May to come out to my ranch to palpate some of my cattle. Dr. Sanders palpated the cow and ended up tearing her intestine. After the next couple of days the cow couldn't even move, I called them and they suggested I take the cow in to the office, I took her and 1 week later she died. She would have had her calf late July. Since then I have been getting the run around from the office and their insurance. They won't return my phone calls and when I call they will not speak to me I had to call them several times just to get them to give me the name of the insurance who was handling the claim. After I had the information of the insurance they would not return my phone calls eighter, I would leave messages day after day and never get a response. Finally I called again its now September only to get information that it was no negligence on the vets part who just happen to go with my regular Vet that day Dr. Kassup who kept on giving him directions on how to perform the exam ( cause he didn't know what he was doing, it took him 30 minutes constantly sticking his hand in and out of her) The response from the insurance was that just as with any procedures there are risk and her intestine ripping would be on of them. Dr. Kassup examined the rest of the cattle and never had any problems ( because he knew what he was doing) Also I have a horse which Dr. Sanders advise me to put him down because he had a cut on his front leg and that wasn't going to get better he would not even examine him or give him any pain medicine. I decided to treat the horse myself with an anti-inflamatory cream and some penicillin and the horse is now great walking all four legs. If I would of listen to him, the horse would of died for no reason. This just goes to show you how much knowlege Dr. Sanders has when it comes to treating and examining animals. Stay away from this place, unless you want a routine check up to cost you your animals life.
