The most unprofessional, disrespectful experience I've ever had at a professional establishment.:
DO NOT USE THIS WOMANS SERVICE. THIS WOMAN DISRESPECTS THE UNITED STATES MILITARY AND ANYONE WHO HAPPENS TO BE RUNNING LATE. I was recommended to CPR Buddy by my new job and what a mistake this was. My money was a stolen and I was denied a chance to reschedule because I showed up late (aware of her policy, I came to reschedule so I didn't have to deal with the website and I was 5 minutes away.)

I have never been more disrespected in my life. I paid for this course in advance, drove 45 minutes to her Saint Petersburg location and called to inform her I would be late and needed to reschedule because I respected her no late entry policy. I was hung up on and the phone was disconnected. I showed up to the class 7 minutes late and was told I am trespassing and I am not welcome to take the class. I was also refused a chance to reschedule and a refund. She insulted what I did for a living and cursed at me. This woman is a sad excuses of a business owner and should not be allowed to take anyones money in advance. I have never been treated so rude and disrespectful by any professional establishment in my life. She insulted my career, embarrassed me in front of her class and to this day has my 60 dollars while she laughed at me and denied me my service. There are many other places to take this certification exam. I advise you to never give her a chance to steal her money and this is not the first time she denied a chance to reschedule or a refund to her paying customers. The American Heart Association should be embarrassed having the owner as a representative.
