I brought my laptop in to be fixed (mouse button) They did a diagnostic on my computer. Said the first one passed but then they did a deeper diagnostic and said the hard drive was failing. For them to put in a hard drive would cost me over $300. I said no, so they told me that it was their policy not to fix computers that were failing. So charged me $25 for the diagnostics and sent me on my way. That was over 6 months ago and my computer is still working fine. These guys will rip you off! Be very, very careful.
