0 stars for sure!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! These people (if you can even call them people) are CON-ARTISTS. DO NOT GO HERE!! Don't just think because you are a good little Mormon, and you pay your tithing, that nothing bad will happen to you. If you want quality just pay for it and don't be fooled by their cheap prices. YOU DEFIANTLY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!! DO YOUR RESEARCH, RESEARCH, RESEARCH!!! My husband and I dealt with Rene and Dave Payne. Dave was very nice to my husband when talking about and making the custom engagement ring. But after that we became a burden when we came to look at wedding bands. We were a complete inconvenience to both of them, and they couldn't remember us from just seeing us a week prior. WOW! Great customer service. NOT! don't worry it gets better..... So We get married and go on our way and certain things happen to make us wonder what kind of rings we got out of this hobo shack. Well, we were right. After reading about their antics online and taking the rings into two different PROFESSIONAL jewelers (who are expert gemologists). They told us we did not get what we paid for. So we called dave and demanded a full refund. He refused multiple attempts and even lied about his whereabouts. haha. seriously? So we are on the move to get these clowns out of business. He tried to tell us he would sue for defamation of character, but the funny thing is that it has to be a lie to be defamation...and...who lied?...oh yeah that was DAVE and RENE!!! funny how Karma comes around to bite you right in the jewels! ALSO --- this place has been re-named about 5 times, Payne diamonds being one of the names. This tells you that they have been running from a past for quite a while. What are WE going to do?? while they pray on young students and couples in the heart of Provo??? Takin names and kickin A@#!!!
