Rude, unfriendly, and slow:
I'm not sure where to start, but instead of sharing the entire story I will just say that the gentleman who answers the phone was aggressively rude with us. There was absolutely no desire on his part to be helpful or even share the most basic information, such as a delivery date for our fuel, payment options, etc.
Every question from us was met with a rude, curt reply. He made it very clear that we are small, unimportant customers. Yes, as new homeowners we are probably small and unimportant. And now, we are also former customers. We switched over to Ike's, who was very friendly and happy to receive our business. Goodbye, Taku Oil.
