Lawrence A. Walker cant pay back a refundable retain for a business he knew did not exist at time he cashed my retainer check and has not repaid me the full amount in a year and half. He doesn't want me writing reviews as I have done on other sites.
I'm a disabled veteran living on my retirement and he knew that. And still he cant make payments back to me.
