When I could not get anywhere with Crown Carpets in Tigard to make things right regarding my one porcelain tile Bob the installer cracked while prying up the carpeting to fix the tack strip I called Management at the Gresham location. They knew of my situation and bluntly said their installer Bob has never lied to them and how dare I to blame him for something he did not do. Then they accused me of lying and since I was not standing over him I didn't have a case. Please don't go to Crown Carpets they do not stand behind their mistakes and will cost you more in the long run. Integrity and customer service is not in Crowns vocabulary.
