Crown Fried Chicken

Having been a customer since its opening day I've found the food to be great and the service ready to accept any customer as a friend. I find my tastes shift across the gamut of their selection, but I always return to their chicken kebab that never dissapoints. I'll be coming back for more as soon as I can.

The chicken is great, the french fries were stale, and the burgers were good but the indecency from the staff was enough to taint my desire to dine or order from this establishment anymore. We called for a delivery, the girl who answered was rude and inattentive when we placed our order. Once the food got here we were missing quite a few of our side dishes. We called back asking to fix the mistake which was fully on their part,we were put on hold twice though our brief phone call. We were then told that they would send someone right away but twenty minutes later we still hadn't received our missing food. We were forced to call a THIRD time and this time was met with an ultimatum, 'do we want a problem or do we want out food, it's our choice'. I was blown away by this kind of audacity, especially since we had already paid and tipped appropriately. In all the food was decent but the customer service was horrendous. We will not be ordering food from here anymore
