I put my deposit down for my wedding in February 2013. Right after I did I completely regretted it. We are a busy couple and selected the supreme package. As I started to call the DJ's and the cake people I realized that it really wasn't worth the price. I had complained a few times to different people and no one seemed to care. As it started to get into May/June. I became more irritated. I decided I wanted to have my wedding somewhere else. THEN, the offered me the things that I wanted and were very polite. I really don't want to have my wedding there but losing my 2 deposits is not something I want to do. I asked if they would refund some or all the money. They basically said no. Then one of the staff there had called me and told me I need to make a decision by the 180 (6 months) within 24 hours or I would owe an additional fee (per my contract) I understand I signed a contract. I am not happy with the service I have been receiving. Though they offered to fix it why wouldn't they have been more attentive so I would not be upset? Their venues are very nice, I haven't tried their food but their staff is very unprofessional. I would think twice to having any event there.
