CTM also damaged the front of our dishwasher & took no responsibility saying there was no evidence their employee caused the damage. Luckily I had taken a video of all of the rooms in our house for our interior designer 1 hour prior to their employee arriving. If you hire CTM, you should require lien releases for all material and labor performed at your home, as CTM doesn't pay their subs until after you make your final pymt. This became apparent when their hardwood sub threatened to lien on our property & sue us. Mar 2012 CTM was not pleased when I posted the above comment. In exchange for me removing my post & not posting future comments, CTM offered to waive our final balance due of $2,737.50. As you can see, my post remains. In hindsight, it makes me wonder how many other unsatisfied customers CTM successfully bought off in order to have the appearance of a good reputation. I recommend you check the BBB.
