Worse time I have had from a restaurant in a long time.:
I honestly do not even want to give this place one star. I ordered almost $60 worth of food from here for delivery, and it was a VERY bad experience. We were delivered an incomplete order first of all. We were missing the 2 deserts, which were like $6 each, and we were missing the chicken which I paid extra for, on the Fettucini Alfredo dinner. My husband had to leave our place and go back up there to let them know, because no one was answering the phone when we tried calling a few times. When he got there they gave him the deserts, but said it was too late to fix the chicken, and on top of this the dish had a big amount of pasta, with like 2 tablespoons of sauce, and when he asked for more sauce they said they could not give him more. He left there and came back, and finally was able to eat his food. My food was the Fettucini, which tasted like c@!p without any meat, the pasta was under cooked and even hard in some places, and like I mentioned there was hardly any sauce. I did not eat it, I just put it in the fridge with the intention to bring it back to them the next day. We had also gotten salads which had some wilted lettuces, and they were like room temperature. Even the "garlic bread" was hard and very, very dry. The only thing I ate from this whole dinner, and I thought was good was the breaded mushrooms. I called the next day to talk to someone about this, and I was basically brushed off, and told they would give us a $10 credit, then the guy hung up on me. Later I actually went in there to talk to them, and because I saw on my credit card statement that a $1.01 extra had been charged that I had not authorized at the time I purchased the meal. The guy that I talked to in the store, said that how it had all been handled, in regards to giving us $10 credit was good enough. He did give me the $1.01 that was charged without permission, but would not tell me why I had been charged that. I tried explaining that the entire dish was sitting at home, along with the wilted salads, and I could easily bring them up here, that I honestly did not want a credit, because I had no intention of ordering here again. He said there was nothing he could do about this, and said he would pass it to the owner, and the owner would call me. He also said to hold onto the food in case the owner wanted me to bring it back. I waited and never heard from the owner for a few days so I called them. The owner when I talked to him on the phone, said he had already been informed of everything, and that it was already taken care of in his eyes. I asked him how was a $10 credit a good replacement for almost $30 worth of food that was not eaten, including food that was not even given to me that I paid for? He basically brushed me off as well, and said there was nothing else he was going to do about it. I mentioned fine, then I might get some breaded mushrooms since those were the only things I enjoyed. He then told me that he would put it down to give me a free order of breaded mushrooms which cost $6.95. When I asked why all of a sudden now it went from $10 credit to basically a $7 or just the mushrooms, he said he was not going to talk about it, that he was busy, and there was a lunch crowd in there. He said to try back later, and he hung up. I did try back later, and the next day and he was never available. Over all, we paid almost $60, did not receive everything we paid for, was treated badly as if it was not important to them that this happened, lied to, only about $15 worth of the food was eaten, and the rest was thrown away. We will be given $6.95 in mushrooms in return for all of this. What a deal.... I do not think we will be getting even that, since I hope to never set foot in that place again.

This is the best pizza in the area. The no-nonsense attitude is fine by me. I also adore the fine-dining side....the veal picatta is to-die-for.

The people are rude the pizza is so so and it does not look like a very clean place and the restrooms are very poor. I would not eat there again even if someone else was paying
