I have multiple sclerosis and went to Dr. Cullom for optic neuritis and while she may be a good Doctor, she has no bedside manners and it's unwilling to listen to what you have to say. I was trying to explain what I was going through and was interrupted while doing so and was told that I didn't need to try to diagnose myself and then walked out of the room. When she returned, she then went on to explain an issue that had nothing to do with the reason I came in to see her and didn't even touch on that issue before walking out and not returning to the room. I still don't know the reason for my problem since she's the only Neuro ophthalmologist in the area. I guess I'll never know, because I'll never go back, even if she was the last ophthalmologist on this planet!

Optometrist Dr Fredericksen charged $237.00 for eye exam and didn't dilate eye's. Acted like he had some where else to go. Was told office staff was rude, but they were fine to me. Being new to the area, had I known the price owed after insurance I would have gone elsewhere.
