The receptionists are both awful, the vet techs mutilated my cats claws and the Doctor blamed it on my cat. They not only miss-diagnosed his problem but he came home in worse shape and unbelievable pain. When I confronted the Vet, his reply was "I was playing golf", and he was sorry that my cat's paw was sliced open and glued shut without even a word to us. RUN, RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS AWFUL PLACE!!!!
