Very Rude!:
I have never had a more unpleasant experience as an almost-customer. I'm glad the man's rudeness deterred me from giving this place any business. If you want the full details, continue reading.
I called to see if they could give me a new fob for my Honda. The man said they had a few options, but didn't know which one might work for my car. He said I'd have to look into it and find out.
So I googled it and had a hard time determining what kind of key fob would or would not work. So, I figured I'd just stop by Curly's on the way home from work. (4 p.m., 7/21/16.) I told the man that I couldn't determine which fob I needed and I hoped he could help. He said, "You must not have understood me on the phone earlier." He went on to explain everything again. I told him I did understand, but I wasn't able to determine which one I would need.
I kid you not, this is what he said. "You must not have listened very well. I told you that you would need to call the Honda dealership." I told him he hadn't mentioned that. "Yes I did, you just didn't listen."
I couldn't help it. I started laughing and said, "You sure know how to talk to a customer... OK, so I need to call the Honda dealer." He said, "You said you didn't want to talk to me any longer." (I hadn't said that.) He refused to speak.
So I left. And I'm glad. As I looked into other places, they were way over priced anyhow!
