The cost is 60 something dollars for "coaching" when all it is is some old lady who doesn't do anything to help you. So UNPROFESSIONAL! Here, I'll save you the money and tell you their diet guide: Cottage cheese for breakfast and for lunch and dinner all you have to do is Google what is healthy. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS. The workout you can do at any gym! And after they charge you 60 dollars a month for 3 months they keep charging you until you HAND WRITE a letter saying that you don't want it anymore. Please BEWARE of how much this is a waste of money and time. It is obvious of all the Curves places you see are shut down because once people start to go their they realize. There are so many other ways to stay in shape you guys! FOR FREE!! Fitness pal lets you count calories and what you eat. Google can give you work out plans. Curves is nothing but old women who are still not their goal weight. WASTE OF MONEY!
