AVOID THIS KENNEL!!! We trusted this kennel to care for our two dogs and they had done so a few times previously. Over the Christmas break we ended up using them again for 9 days as they were closed from the 31st - 3rd. When we picked them up, both dogs had lost a significant amount of weight. My boxer lost 14 lbs. and my Weimy lost 9 lbs. My wife called them and they refused to acknowledge it. We took them to the vet the following day and the vet said that clearly they had not been fed or severely underfed. I called them twice more and they only made excuses and refused to acknowledge it and tried to insinuate they were that way when we brought them. Our dogs never had an issue with not eating during a kennel stay before and our boxer would eat a shoe if allowed. When pressed they also were unsure exactly how much they were supposedly fed per day and only gave a vague estimate after my 2nd call. They refused to accept responsibility or offer restitution for their neglect and were completely callous to the whole affair. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS DON'T TAKE THEM HERE!!!
