They can be great - but right now with a new computer system which was installed and they are having to learn while taking care of hundreds of customers - can be frustrating. A 45 plus min. wait in line in the drive through to pick up a rx if you go after work hours is common - and then you can hope they have it ready, can find it, and it was put on your insurance or your plan.
I believe they will again become the really good pharmacy they had become before the recent chain of events - but at least the managers and assistant managers are still very customer friendly.
Come on - CVS - we need you - train those people before you dump new systems on them which don't have updates about the customers....you can do it!
