Just don't need urgent help !:
One afternoon I had to call in a prescription for a diabetic patient. Because I felt it was important she would receive it in time I asked to talk to the pharmacist. I was on hold for 5 minutes, then sent to the voice mail. I called again two more times. Eventually after a whopping 16 minutes total wait time I was able to call in the prescription. I am sure other providers won't waste so much time so don't be surprise if you still didn't get your meds in time. I told my patient to choose another location. This one should be called only if you need groceries supply.
