It is a shame there isn't a lower category than one star to describe Cycle Mart of Miami.

The people working there are the rudest, most abusive creatures I have come across in years. How can they work in a bike shop? Bike store people are usually friendly and ready to help. Instead, Cycle Mart employees are apparently hired on their ability to demean customers.

No problem. They can abuse someone else. I have been there the last time and truly hope others follow my lead.

I went there to get a bike for my son but the owners were so rude I had to leave the store. They were ill mannered and condescending about my little knowledge of dirt bikes. I think they are very scary people and would never go back there again. I don't know why they are in business if they treat the public that way. It seems they are very unhappy people and take it out on the customers. I really don't know why they were so angry...they scared me very much and will never go back there again.
