My boyfriend's employees were locked out of their company van and this locksmith came to the rescue! I highly recommend them as they were super helpful and completely professional.:
Initially we made the unfortunate mistake of calling a different locksmith who ended up being completely worthless and a joke of a locksmith. But he was really nice, came out within 20 minutes vs the other company that took 90 minutes AND their pricing was cheaper. He is reliable, friendly and my boyfriend and his employees felt at ease working with him.
They were responsive, honest, and fast. I needed to have multiple locks on multiple doors replaced.:
They were honest about what hardware needed to be replaced (cylinders vs. rekeyed) and kept things as reasonable as possible. They were professional, nice, and fast. Would absolutely work with them again. I called them at 9:20 and everything was done by 10:20.
Called D & L Locksmith to repair a broken lock on my sliding glass door.:
They were easy to get in touch with and flexible with scheduling. We found a mutually available time and they let me know when they were approximately a half hour away. They were friendly and showed me what was wrong with the lock. Instead of up-charging and replacing the entire lock, they were able to make some adjustments to the frame and the lock that made the key work again. They assured me that if anything went wrong with the lock again, they would gladly come back. I felt very comfortable and confident I wasn't being taken advantage of. I will definitely use them again!

I had to describe the trouble we were having with our doors on the phone when they asked if I could just send them a picture. After that they were able to quote me a price, which was within range unlike another company I had called previously. When they arrived they made the changes needed and explained their recommendations well. Finally, even though they had to go out to the city to get a spare part not in stock with them, they kept a great attitude and were back in a timely manner. I definitely recommend them and would call them again myself if needed.
