I picked out a beautiful engagement ring with certain expectations that I expressed to the "jeweler". When it was ready, it was not designed like the ring I chose from. Already payed for,the "jeweler" is not a jeweler, he is a salesperson, has nothing but lies. No refund or store credit is offered. I had to keep this undesigned ring of $1300 and take it somewhere else to get made correctly. Please do not go through this. Go somewhere else where you can get full appreciated service and education. Scammers it what this place should be called.

I found the owner of Perlman to be extremely rude. When I told him about the engagement ring I was looking for he insulted me by saying "that wouldn't be very impressive." Do yourself a favor and give your business to someone who deserves it!
