seemed nice until the summer hit an the ghetto-ness came out! They also did not fix anything I told them about and when I asked the manager she said it wa taken care of, which it was not! This month we got statements saying the bank was taking over our buildings (prinston place) and that the buildings are being foreclosed on! THEY ALL DRIVE BRAND NEW CARS! I SEE WHERE OUR RENT HAS BEEN GOING! I advise to STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PROPERTY OWNERS AS POSSIBLE! I was honestly better off staying with my parents!

Dadders is being sued for unfair practices!:
It's public information!
Their plumbing is terrible (they spray painted our ceiling to hide it from the St. Paul Fire Cheif because he KNOWS that Dadders Property MGT are slumlords! even if you pass city inspection (for over 5 years) they'll still charge you a 2,100 fee for damges THEY won't fix during your tenency.
Did I mention they were being SUED by the CITY of st. paul. My advice, if you've got 2,100 laying around...this is the spot! If you have section 8, they will treat you like a ghetto criminal....but don't worry. Let section 8 get in their a@!%s! If you have section 8 and you have to live here because of uncontrolable circumstances, ALWAYS inform section 8 of your living conditions. I moved here when I started college, and the owners were Princeton Place. They have a mice problem and their plumbing is fixed by YOU buying liquid drano! Their managment has poor secretary skills and she's terribly unprofessional. Hey, it's your call! If you;ve got section 8, just make sure you leave record of all their conditions. I got swindled, but it doesn't mean that you have to...KEEP SECTION 8 IN THEIR A@!%S and you'll be fine! Good luck!
