Daikaya Has a House Beer, Courtesy of 3 Stars:
Daikaya chef Katsuya Fukushima has teamed up with local brewery 3 Stars to create a house beer for the Japanese restaurant.

Enter The Sansho Panza. The beer is brewed with yuzu and sansho peppers, giving a citrus flavor to the saison. The beer will appear on Daikaya's izakaya menu beginning July 10, with a special launch party to kick off the occasion.
