Worst service from a dry cleaner- ever.:
I've used dry cleaners across the country and Dale Cleaners is by far the worste. They ruined a number of my slacks and broke zippers. When I issued a claim, they took my slacks "to investigate" then I never heard from them again. I've contacted their customer service manager "Mike" a number of times but he's always unavailable and never returns calls. Even if it's convenient to where you live, the cost (among the highest in Columbus), poor quality, poor service, and dishonesty will leave you with more headache than it's worth. They're pathetic.
Avoid at all costs:
This is the worst cleaning outfit in Columbus. Your clothes come back looking like they were run over by a truck -- if they come back at all. Count on your clothes taking several days longer than they say and looking like c@!p. If you call to complain, they hang up on you. The Columbus Better Business Bureau has a huge file on this gang. So, unless you want your clothes ruined and to be treated like garbage, avoid Dale Cleaners at all costs.
